Her expertise extends to overseeing large-scale transformations that necessitate fundamental shifts in business and operating models, as well as technology integration.  Her experience spans a wide spectrum, from conducting audits to managing significant divestitures and carve-outs, overseeing legal entity integration, optimizing foreign currency operations, and even leading initial public offerings. Her extensive knowledge encompasses the application of accounting rules set forth by U.S. GAAP, Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, and Not-For-Profit rules.
