Co-Founder
PanaGenius LLC

A visionary leader empowering the Black millennial generation, Isaac Babu-Boateng has been recognized by Forbes as one of Africa’s Best Young Entrepreneurs. Originally from Ghana, he moved to the Bronx at age 13 and later attended Temple University before graduating from Lincoln University, the nation’s first HBCU, where he earned a degree in Finance and Banking and joined Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. His early career included leading multi-million dollar affordable housing projects in New York before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, where he worked to increase minority representation in clinical research.

In 2011, he and his wife launched Face2Face Africa, the first U.S.-based digital platform dedicated to African voices. Building on this mission, they created PanaGenius in 2020, launching AfrobeatzPlus and BlackStars Online to amplify African culture globally. Celebrated on both Lincoln University’s and the Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty lists, his pioneering work in media and entrepreneurship continues to shape the Afro-Diaspora narrative worldwide.
