Gregory Giesler

Senior Managing Director, Accenture
Ally Award

Greg is a senior managing director and 32 year veteran of Accenture, accountable for its bottom line as the head of Enterprise Profitability for the $70B global organization.  Greg has held business unit CFO positions at Accenture and most recently was its head of FP&A and Finance Operations, which included responsibility for all dimensions of talent for its 8,000 finance professionals around the world.

While in that role, and as he continues to do today, Greg advances Inclusion and Diversity ambitions for the company and for its people.  He champions and sponsors executives, non-executives, and students of color – especially in areas of skilling, career progression, and rewards.  Greg has built multiple partnerships on Accenture’s behalf, with leading business-minded organizations like NABA, to accelerate and scale the opportunities of a more just and inclusive workplace.  He is a member of NABA’s corporate advisory board and participates in several of its board committees.  Greg has advocated for new learn and earn apprenticing programs, pathways to credentialing and certifications, and scholarships for higher education – investing in both today’s black business talent and talent interests of tomorrow.

Greg is a Louisiana native and a graduate of the University of Richmond.  He is active in his church and in his local Washington DC community where he lives with his wife Lisa and two high school aged daughters, Jessie and Lucy.
