Kome is the Chief of Staff for Cybersecurity at Morgan Stanley, where she manages the day-to-day operational cadence of the function. In this role, she oversees strategy, financials, workforce management, program and risk governance, communications, and employee engagement.
Kome has over 15 years of strategy and operations experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff for Engineering at Brex, a Series D fintech startup. Prior to that she led the technology risk regulatory affairs team and cybersecurity policies and standards for Goldman Sachs. Kome has held several executive management roles over the course of her career, including as Chief of Staff of European Technology at Goldman Sachs and Chief of Staff of Global Operations at J.P. Morgan Chase in London.
Kome holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Business, Finance, and Economics from the University of Manchester. Kome lives in New York with her husband, Raphael and dog, Rza. Kome is an avid Buffalo Bills football fan and enjoys travelling and interior design.
