Nikki is the Executive Director, Fintech Business Development at Morgan Stanley. In this role, she partners with technology and business leaders to identify transformative and disruptive technologies to achieve business outcomes.
Niki is also an investment committee member for the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab – an accelerator program focused on early-stage companies as well as a steering committee member of the Black Employee Network.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Niki spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs where she held various strategic leadership roles within the Global Markets Division including the development of a Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Systematic Market Making business. She started her career at Goldman Sachs, developing technology strategy for real estate projects.
Prior to her career in the financial services industry, Niki was a product development engineer at Cummins Engines, where she developed electronic control modules for multinational organizations.
Niki holds an MBA from Columbia University, (London Business School, the University of Hong Kong), a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in French from Christian Brothers University.
Outside of the office, Niki contributes her time and resources to various philanthropic initiatives. She also serves as an advisor to startups in Africa.
