Tiffany began her 17-year career at Genentech in 2008, taking on roles that honed her expertise in operations and quality management. As a Quality Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Operations Analyst, she developed strategic planning processes and managed continuous improvement portfolios.
Starting in 2016, Tiffany advanced through roles, including Business Operations Manager for PTM Quality Systems & Validation at SSF Production. She managed strategic planning and goal setting for senior leadership and created frameworks for resource prioritization. Her focus evolved from manufacturing and operations to strategy, operations, and chief-of-staff initiatives.
In 2017, she became Chief of Staff of PTD Clinical US Quality Operations, implementing lean production system methodology and launching peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing platforms. Tiffany advanced to Chief of Staff and Senior Business Manager for PD Regulatory Data & Content Management. She founded and led expert communities, like RDCM Business Management and PDR Business Strategy & Performance. Tiffany transformed the global group’s organizational model, coached on business management, and managed project execution and communications for global reorganizations. She also spearheaded PD Regulatory’s strategic initiatives to address systemic racial injustice.
As Chief of Staff and Transformation Core team member for PD Personalized Healthcare (PHC) starting in 2020, Tiffany architected and launched the initial phases of the global PHC transformation. She continued developing expert communities with Joint PHC LT (including GPS, PDP, and affiliates) and PDP Business Management.
Since 2021, Tiffany has been the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy and Business Operations for SSF EHS/SSHE. She leads a business analyst team that designs and delivers infrastructure for EHS technology, compliance, audits, and governance. She manages a $35M budget and sponsors strategic initiatives impacting SSF EHS/SSHE and the broader Genentech organization.
