by translating business strategy into high-impact talent, culture, and workforce solutions that accelerate growth, enable digital transformation, and strengthen leadership pipelines across global and matrixed environments.
Part of her success comes from being a servant leader who understands uncertainty from both sides of leadership: the pressure of making difficult decisions at the top and the human experience of living through those decisions throughout an organization. Abigail is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey, her MBA fromFairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey and her Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School.
In 2016 was recognized as “A Woman to Watch” by Diversity Journal; and in December 2017, was featured in American Healthcare Leader magazine on the topic of seeing the value of diversity in the workplace. In recognition of her influential contributions to healthcare and wellness, Abigail was named among the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) Global Top 100 in Healthcare & Wellness Edition, Class of 2023. In 2024 Abigail was named Modern Health 2024 Diversity Leader and The Leverage Network’s (TLN’s) 20 by 30 Recipient.
