Dr. Kwame Ennin

Orthopaedic Surgeon
Texas Center for Joint Replacement

Kwame Ennin is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon.  He is fellowship-trained in adult reconstruction of the hip and knee.  He majored in Biochemistry at SUNY Stony Brook.  He obtained his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.

He completed his residency at the UT Southwestern Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in Dallas, TX.  He then went on to complete his fellowship in adult reconstruction at William Beaumont Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in Detroit, MI.  Dr. Ennin has been a partner at the Texas Center for Joint Replacement for four years.

He is also a medical executive, Chairman of surgical services as well as Vice-Chairman of the Orthopedic Department at Presbyterian Plano Hospital.

His research interests include care delivery optimization, health care policy, and the intersection of healthcare and the economy.  He has authored and published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles.

He is married to Cassandra Ennin and has three amazing children.
