Frank Sanders

Frank Sanders leads operations for Intel’s multi-billion-dollar Global Supply Chain, which has been ranked in the top 20 for 20 consecutive years in Gartner’s Supply Chain Top 25. 

His international team supports both direct and Indirect procurement, business continuity, supply chain systems and analytics, and Intel’s Supply Chain Environmental and Social Governance program, which includes Intel’s first-mover Conflict Minerals initiative.  

Prior to his return to Intel, Frank was Vice President of Global Procurement, responsible for strategic category and supplier management along with Cisco’s responsible sourcing function, including supplier diversity and environmental sustainability. Before Cisco, he worked at Amazon, leading the hardware supply chain for AWS. Previously, Frank spent 28 years at Intel, with his most recent role as Vice President of System Supply Chain and Technology Enabling. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a graduate of The Stanford University Graduate School of Business Accelerated Leadership Program and The MIT Supply Chain Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) Executive Program. Frank serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley in Arizona, the Mesa Arizona Economic Development Council and the Advisory Board for the Center of Excellence in Supply Chain Management at Howard University.  Frank lives in Arizona with his wife and two children.
