She is also the creator of BlackStars Experience, the nation’s premier cross-industry conference and awards dedicated to celebrating talent and leadership. Each year, BlackStars convenes over 2,000 industry leaders, corporate executives, and allies to exchange ideas, build networks, and foster transformative collaboration.

Sandra obtained a Master’s in Global Business Administration from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s in Film and TV from Syracuse University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and their three children.
