Sandra is also the driving force behind the BlackStars Experience, a premier conference and awards program that celebrates the brilliance of Black leaders, creatives, and innovators across the globe. Through her work, she bridges continents and communities, amplifying untold stories while forging strategic pathways for investment, cultural exchange, and collective empowerment.
As founder of Babú Global, a strategic advisory firm, Sandra partners with governments, corporations, and institutions to drive economic transformation — from expanding manufacturing capacity to building investment pipelines and strategic partnerships that unlock local value creation.

Sandra obtained a Master’s in Global Business Administration from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s in Film and TV from Syracuse University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and their three children.
