Bee Nyamolo is Director of Finance Risk, Governance & AI Enablement at Meta, where she leads the Finance Governance Center of Excellence (COE). Building on the work of Meta’s Risk & Controls teams, she helps strengthen financial governance and controls, including oversight of how artificial intelligence is deployed and managed across the organization.
With over 20 years of experience spanning audit, controllership, enterprise risk, and governance, Bee has held leadership roles at Meta, Bloomin’ Brands, Gerdau, and EY. She has contributed to the deployment of more than 10 AI use cases across accounting and finance, helping advance responsible innovation through effective governance frameworks.
Bee also co-authored the FEI CCR AI Controls Framework and publishes the AI Governance Field Guide, sharing practical insights on navigating AI governance with confidence. Her work focuses on strengthening accountability, managing emerging risks, and enabling organizations to innovate responsibly in an increasingly AI-driven world.
