Troy Dennis is an accomplished financial services executive with more than 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, payments innovation, and operational excellence across global financial institutions. He recently served as SVP, Head of Digital Transformation for North America at Mastercard, where he led initiatives focused on modernizing core payments, accelerating fintech partnerships, strategic planning, and enterprise optimization. Prior to Mastercard, Troy held senior leadership roles including SVP, Head of Unsecure Lending and Merchant Service for North America at Regions Bank. His career spans positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., U.S. Bank, TD Bank, and MBNA, where he led product groups, strategic growth, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Troy is known for his ability to bridge strategy and execution through consultative and thought leadership engagements, to work across high-performing teams, and to deliver measurable impact at the intersection of technology, payments, and financial services. Today, Troy is currently leading regional product sales strategies for Experian across the Mid-West and North & South East Regions.
