Franklin Reed’s passion for inclusion, diversity and equity is cemented in the idea that we are better, go farther and can accomplish significantly more, to the degree that we’re able to see beyond what divides us and leverage our differences. He is the driving force behind the global inclusion, diversity and equity strategy for TEKsystems, a multi-national, business and technology services company. 

Partnering closely with the company’s executives and business leaders, Franklin develops and delivers an enterprise strategy that aligns organizational priorities to positively impact people and partners. Franklin consults with customers to explore opportunities that empower them to achieve their diversity hiring, compliance and supplier diversity goals. These engagements enable TEKsystems to outperform industry averages for placement of diverse technology talent across more than 6,000 customers.  

With TEKsystems for more than 23 years, Franklin understands the critical role a diverse workforce and inclusive culture plays in achieving outstanding results. His commitment to equity extends beyond TEKsystems, serving on workforce development organization boards including the current chair of Per Scholas Diverse By Design Advisory Board. His wife and two daughters reside in the Greater Chicago Area.
