Kimberley Noble is the director of recruiting at the Milwaukee delivery center for TEKsystems, a global business and technology services company serving 6000 clients, where she has worked for nearly a decade. She leads regional recruiting strategies, manages a team of 60 recruiters and is committed to fostering diverse and inclusive strategies that build community and improve retention.
Kim is passionate about leadership skills training and helping others reach their personal and professional goals. She is a member of the Recruiting DEI board and ONYX employee network at TEKsystems and values creativity, collaboration and continuous learning.
Kim loves traveling, staying active, and participating in Yelp Elite events in her free time. She celebrated her first wedding anniversary this year and resides in Milwaukee with her husband, Ethan, and their teacup Yorkie, Fiona.
