Managing Director & Global Co-Head of Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures
Morgan Stanley

LaToya Wilson is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and serves as Global Co-Head of
Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures, where she leads an in-house accelerator that supports
early-stage technology and tech-enabled startups—as well as innovative
nonprofits—advancing inclusive innovation and sustainable impact around the world. In this
role, LaToya develops and executes strategies that expand access to capital, strengthen
entrepreneurial ecosystems, and position Morgan Stanley as a leader in inclusive and
sustainable venture investing.

With more than 20 years of experience across private markets, impact investing, and
economic development, LaToya has dedicated her career to bridging capital and community.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she served as Senior Vice President of Business
Investments at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone (UMEZ), a public-private fund
driving the economic revitalization of Upper Manhattan. There, she structured and executed
mission-aligned investments, developed credit policies, and launched the organization’s first
revolving line of credit fund for small businesses.

Earlier, LaToya was Director of Neighborhood and Commercial Revitalization for the City
of New Haven’s Economic Development Administration, where she worked with public,
private, and community stakeholders to generate over $500 million in new and revitalized
development projects. She began her career at GE Capital, completing the firm’s Financial
Management Program and later underwriting and managing more than $400 million in
middle-market, private equity-backed transactions at GE Antares, including leveraged
buyouts, acquisitions, and growth financings.

LaToya holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Quinnipiac University in
Connecticut. She serves on the Boards of the Regional Plan Association and SuitUp, and
on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Quinnipiac University School of Business.
