Dr. Randy V. Bradley builds at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and human impact. He is Dean of the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University, but his influence reaches well beyond the academy. He co-founded Q-Leap Health, Inc., where he serves as Chief Innovation Officer, and founded RV Bradley, LLC, a consulting practice that has advised federal agencies, state governments, and multinational corporations across more than 20 countries.
His work spans healthcare, life sciences, CPG, FMCG, and logistics, and includes serving as a retained expert witness in complex commercial litigation. He also serves as Executive Vice President for Digital Transformation in Life Sciences at the Bio Supply Management Alliance, and on national and international boards of directors, advisory boards, and councils across technology, healthcare, life sciences, and supply chain. Across every role, his focus holds steady: turning emerging technology and bold ideas into measurable outcomes for organizations and the people they serve.
That conviction extends to his community. Dr. Bradley turns expertise into equity, co-founding the Consortium on Disparities in Urologic Conditions to advance research and awareness around prostate cancer and men’s health in communities too often overlooked. The same belief animates his book, Who You Are Is How You Lead: What This Moment Requires of You (September 2026), a work on leading with congruence when values, words, and actions are tested under pressure.
Dr. Bradley has authored more than 125 published works. He is a DC Velocity Rainmaker, the first individual recipient of the Bellwether League’s Dean S. Ammer Award for Healthcare Supply Chain Performance Excellence, and a PhD Project Hall of Fame inductee. He holds a Ph.D., an M.S., and a B.S., all from Auburn University.
Dr. Bradley and his wife, Valerie, reside in Knoxville, Tennessee, with their sons, Caleb and Judah.
