Sandy Choute is the Head of Diverse Wealth Strategies at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she leads strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding the firm’s reach, accelerating client acquisition, and deepening engagement across diverse and emerging wealth segments. She partners closely with senior leadership and advisors to translate market insights into scalable strategies that drive commercial outcomes and position the Private Bank as a trusted advisor for wealth creation, preservation, and legacy planning.
With more than 16 years of experience in wealth management and financial services, Sandy is known for her ability to bridge strategy and execution, bringing a disciplined, growth-oriented approach to building platforms that create measurable impact for both advisors and clients.
In her national leadership role, she works across markets to enable advisors with differentiated strategies that strengthen client relationships, expand market reach, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Prior to her current role, Sandy served as Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Global Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, where she partnered with senior leaders to advance enterprise priorities and organizational strategy. Before joining J.P. Morgan, she spent over a decade at Merrill, where she began her career as a Financial Advisor managing high net worth client relationships before moving into leadership roles, including leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts across Consumer, Small Business, and Wealth Management Operations.
Sandy is passionate about helping organizations scale with intention, lead through change, and create meaningful impact at the intersection of business growth and culture. Her leadership and impact have been recognized across the industry.
In 2024, she was named to the Top 40 Under 40 Black Women in Asset Management. She is a former board member of Rutgers University and the Trenton Children’s Chorus, and she actively contributes to leadership forums across the asset and wealth management industry.
Outside of work, Sandy brings the same intentionality she applies to strategy and execution into her personal life. She is deeply committed to family, faith and global experiences, and values building a life and legacy rooted in purpose, growth and impact.
She lives in Arizona with her husband, Fabrice, and their son, Roman.
