Sherette A. Constant is a transformational leader, change catalyst, and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. She is currently serving as the Firm’s Head of North America Firm Resilience and Global Head of Third-Party Technology Risk and Resilience. In these senior leadership roles, she oversees critical programs that enhance the Firm’s operational resilience, strengthen preparedness for internal and external disruptions, and advance enterprise-wide strategies for managing third-party technology risk.
Sherette’s career journey from technology trainee to senior executive leader spans more than 25 years and reflects a sustained commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and talent development. She has successfully led Technology Operational Support organizations across the Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and Wealth Management (WM) Divisions, delivering transformative outcomes, advancing operational maturity, and cultivating high-performing teams that excel in complex global environments.
Throughout her career, Sherette has been a passionate and impactful champion of Diversity & Inclusion. She has founded and developed multiple groups focused on advancing, mentoring, and empowering underrepresented communities and women. She currently serves as Co-Chair of RED (Race and Ethnic Diversity in Technology) and Co-Chair of the Black Employee Network’s Representation and Professional Development Pillar, where she continues to help create opportunities for connection, growth, and advancement.
Sherette’s distinguished career has been recognized through numerous honors that reflect her visionary leadership, pioneering contributions to technology, and unwavering commitment to advancing inclusion and organizational excellence. Her accolades include the National Society of Black Engineers’ Outstanding Women in Technology Award (2015), the Technology, Operations and Firm Resilience D&I Advisory Council’s Advocate of the Year Award (2021) and the Council of Urban Professionals’ Tech Catalysts Award (2023).
Sherette is a proud graduate of Tuskegee University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Science. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, Robert, and their two children, who continue to inspire her commitment to family, service, and excellence.
