Sherette A. Constant is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Cyber, Data, Risk and Resilience Division, leading Firm Resilience for North America and Third-Party Technology Risk and Resilience (TTRR) for the Firm. These teams are responsible for strengthening the firm’s resilience to disruptions both internal and external to the firm with TTRR having a particular focus on technology third-party suppliers.
Prior to her current role, Sherette led the Physical Technology Asset Control Team for Wealth Management, where she was responsible for defining and overseeing the secure handling and management of Technology data-bearing assets.
Sherette joined the Firm as a Trainee and spent over 20 years leading Technology Operational Support teams in both the Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and Wealth Management (WM) Divisions of the Firm.
Throughout her career, Sherette has remained active in Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, founding multiple groups focused on development, mentorship, and support of minorities and women. She is currently a Co-Chair of RED (Race and Ethnic Diversity in Technology) and a Co-Chair of the Black Employee Network’s Representation and Professional Development Pillar.
In recognition of her contributions, in 2015, the National Society of Black Engineers awarded Sherette the “Outstanding Woman in Technology” Award. In 2021, the Technology, Operations and Firm Resilience D&I Advisory Council awarded her “Advocate of the Year”. In 2023, the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) awarded her the Tech Catalysts Award.
Sherette, who is a proud graduate of Tuskegee University, holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management Science and resides in New Jersey with her husband, Robert, and their two children.
