He establishes accounting policies and technical frameworks for Meta’s most complex strategic transactions, partnering across Tax, Legal, and Procurement to develop policies and workflows for data center and fiber assets.
With more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience across Meta, Uber, Lyft, and GE Capital, Kevin brings extensive expertise in technical accounting, financial governance, and strategic investments.
His work includes developing accounting policies supporting Meta’s infrastructure investment portfolio of more than $100 billion and contributing to the policy framework for a landmark $27 billion AI infrastructure joint venture.
